How to Join or Renew

  • With 1,200 members in Yolo County; and 53,000 statewide; Farm Bureau is one of the largest grassroots agricultural organizations working on behalf of farmers and ranchers

  • As a voting Farm Bureau member (one involved in agriculture), you will have the opportunity to help set Farm Bureau policy at the local, state, and national levels.

  • Farm Bureau works vigorously to defend farmers water and property rights and to protect growers from excess taxes and regulatory fees

  • Receive timely information (& discounted rates) on workshops and seminars to stay current on Hazardous Materials, labor and worker safety rules and regulations

  • Receive the weekly Ag Alert newspaper, which keeps farmers/ranchers up to date on the latest information; as well as the monthly YCFB newsletter which includes local interest items and notices

Agricultural Membership

$260 Annually

 

Agricultural Members are members who are involved with and receive income from an Ag Business. All Agricultural Members receive weekly issues of AgAlert, our weekly e-newsletter YCFB Weekly Review, our monthly YCFB AgriNews newsletter, access to discounts exclusive to Farm Bureau agricultural members and voting privileges. 

Associate Membership 

$110 Annually

Associate Members are members who are not involved in production agriculture. All Associate Members receive the monthly YCFB Agri-News newsletter, bi-monthly issues of California Bountiful and access to discounts exclusive to Farm Bureau members. 

Business Support Membership

$310 Annually

Business Support Members are a business or individuals that are interested in a higher commitment and who wish to have their name listed in our Yolo County Farm Bureau monthly publication of Agri-News Business Members list (directory). All Business Members receive our monthly YCFB Agri-News newsletter, weekly issues of AgAlert and access to discounts exclusive to Farm Bureau agricultural members and voting privileges.  

Retired Membership

$160 Annually

Retired Members are members that are 65+ that wish to support the Farm Bureau. 

Collegiate Membership

$25 Annually

College Members are members between the ages of 16-24 that are interested in agriculture, pursuing a higher education in agriculture, or simply have a passion for farming and ranching. This membership provides access to AgAlert online. This membership level does not provide access to the benefit and discount programs.

Diamond Membership

Diamond Members receive all benefits that come with our Agricultural Membership as well as website recognition, 8 tickets to YCFB Annual Meeting and discounted rates for ads placed in our monthly Agri-News newsletter. 

Platinum Membership

Platinum Members receive all benefits that come with our Agricultural Membership as well as website recognition, 6 tickets to YCFB Annual Meeting and discounted rates for ads placed in our monthly Agri-News newsletter. 

Gold Membership

Gold Members receive all benefits that come with our Agricultural Membership as well as website recognition, 4 tickets to YCFB Annual Meeting and discounted rates for ads placed in our monthly Agri-News newsletter. 

Silver Membership

Silver Members receive all benefits that come with our Agricultural Membership as well as website recognition, 2 tickets to YCFB Annual Meeting and discounted rates for ads placed in our monthly Agri-News newsletter.
